The license has expired or activation cannot finish
Distinguish an ended trial or temporary license from a clock, activation or account problem, then use the appropriate access path.
Recognize the symptom
The operational pages lead to license management, or Administration shows limited access. Alternatively, activation displays an error and the license does not become active. Keep the exact displayed message; these situations do not all have the same cause.
Possible causes
A seven-day trial or temporary license may have reached its expiry date. A missing or invalid license, a different installation, an unavailable key or an incorrect server clock requires a different correction. An account or two-factor problem can also prevent administrative login even when the limited license panel would otherwise be available.
Check before changing anything
Read the license message and displayed expiry. If it reports an incorrect clock, ask the server administrator to verify date, time and synchronization. For an expired license, choose Administrative access and use an active administrator account with its normal password and required two-factor check. Keep account, network and license errors separate.
Take a targeted action
After expiry, arrange renewal with Obelisk and enter the supplied valid key, or use Activation with support to import the supplied license file. A completed trial cannot be restarted by another demo request or a reinstall. Correct a clock error before retrying; preserve an invalid-file or installation-mismatch message for support. From limited access you can run checks, read logs and export configuration, but cannot restore configuration or update through the web panel.
Verify the result
Confirm the license is active, sign in again and open the required operational view. Inspect scheduled activity status separately: license activation alone is not evidence that a missed report or every historical sample has been recovered. Keep the configuration export distinct from a full backup of calls, SQL history and recordings.
