Weekly or monthly reports do not arrive
Trace generation and delivery separately: a configured recipient does not prove that a report was produced or accepted by mail services.
Recognize the symptom
An expected weekly or monthly email is missing. Identify which scheduled report, reporting period and recipients are affected. Check whether no recipient received it or whether only one mailbox is missing a message that others received.
Possible causes
The schedule may be absent or disabled, generation may fail, or SMTP may reject delivery. These jobs require their configured application database, active license and Gemini settings as well as valid sender and report recipients. Security alert recipients are configured separately.
Check before changing anything
Review the actual installed schedule and execution status, then inspect report generation and SMTP errors. In System and utilities, verify host, port, transport, sender and report recipient addresses. Confirm the desired report language; a successful security alert does not establish correct report-recipient configuration.
Take a targeted action
Correct the failed stage before requesting another report. If SMTP accepted the message but a mailbox did not receive it, investigate spam filtering, quarantine and recipient-side delivery with the mail administrator. Do not repeatedly regenerate reports when the problem is already known to be downstream delivery.
Verify the result
Confirm one completed generation, its delivery outcome and receipt by an intended recipient. Check the reporting period, language and expected content inside the message. Distinguish successful SMTP acceptance from final inbox delivery when recording the result of the test.
